New Delhi:A Special court on Friday sentenced previous Coal Secretary H.C. Gupta and others in a coal square portion case including Kamal Sponge Steel and Power Limited (KSSPL).
Other than Gupta, Kropha and Samria, the court likewise sentenced the firm KSSPL and its overseeing chief Pawan Kumar Ahluwalia.
Kropha was the then joint secretary in the Ministry of Coal, while Samria was the then executive (coal assignment I) in the service.
